- Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions
- Delays due to weather, permit issues, or client changes may affect completion dates
- We will communicate any significant delays promptly
- Force majeure events may suspend work without liability
4.3 Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be agreed upon in individual contracts
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
- Late payment may incur interest charges at statutory rates
- Work may be suspended for non-payment after written notice

5.1 Site Access and Preparation
- Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
- Ensure necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Remove or protect personal property as advised

- Respond promptly to requests for decisions or approvals
- Provide clear project requirements and specifications
- Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues
- Maintain regular communication throughout the project
6. Safety and Compliance
6.1 Health and Safety
- We maintain comprehensive health and safety policies
- All work complies with Dutch health and safety regulations
- Clients must not interfere with safety procedures
- Site visitors must follow our safety requirements
6.2 Building Standards
- All work meets or exceeds applicable building codes
- Materials and methods comply with industry standards
- Required inspections and certifications will be obtained
- Structural calculations provided where required
7. Warranties and Guarantees
7.1 Workmanship Warranty
- We warrant our workmanship for 12 months from completion
- Defects due to faulty workmanship will be remedied at no cost
- Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance
- Material warranties are provided by manufacturers
7.2 Structural Integrity
- Structural work is warranted for 10 years from completion
- Warranty covers defects in structural design and construction
- Excludes damage from external forces or modifications
- Professional indemnity insurance covers design services
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any project is limited to the contract value for that project, except for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of statutory duties that cannot be limited
8.2 Consequential Damages
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, business interruption, or temporary accommodation costs, except where prohibited by law.
9. Insurance and Indemnity
9.1 Our Insurance
- Public liability insurance: minimum €2,500,000
- Professional indemnity insurance: minimum €1,000,000
- Employer's liability insurance as required by law
- Insurance certificates available upon request
9.2 Client Indemnity
Clients indemnify us against claims arising from their breach of these terms, provision of incorrect information, or interference with our work, except where caused by our negligence.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Design Rights
- We retain intellectual property rights in our designs and methods
- Clients receive a licence to use designs for the agreed project
- Designs may not be used for other projects without permission
- Third-party intellectual property rights are respected
10.2 Website Content
All website content, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Client
- Clients may terminate with 14 days' written notice
- Payment due for work completed and materials ordered
- Cancellation fees may apply for custom materials
- Site must be left in safe condition
11.2 Termination by Company
- We may terminate for non-payment or breach of terms
- Immediate termination for safety violations
- Materials and equipment remain our property until paid
- Reasonable notice will be provided where possible
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Formal Proceedings
- Disputes will be resolved through Dutch courts

- Labour disputes, strikes, or material shortages
- Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
- Utility failures or infrastructure problems

15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with individual project contracts, constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior negotiations or agreements.

15.3 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms continue in effect.
